Tekton Hospitality Featured on TV while Boosting its Community Involvement
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, California– Tekton Hospitality is currently featured on Rancho Cucamonga's (RC) local television show, RC Spotlight, and online on the station's Tumblr channel through the end of October. Reporter Madison Perry and Videographer Rick Mattie filmed a guided tour and interview on location with Henry Savedra, Jr., President CEO of Tekton Hospitality. The episode premiered on September 22nd. Its segment pans through a mix of factory, office, showroom, and interview footage, while both Perry and Savedra outline Tekton Hospitality's key traits.
Having subsequently both encouraged and strengthened its efforts for community involvement, RC Management Aide Hannah Mac Kenzie was the company's liaison for this broadcast– along with a number of other city events as well. In honor of National Manufacturing Day, Tekton Hospitality hosted members of Rancho Cucamonga's City Council and city officials for a presentation and tour on Monday, October 17th; there, Rancho Cucamonga's Mayor Pro Tem Sam Spagnolo presented Tekton Hospitality with a Certificate of Recognition. Furthermore, the business recently joined the RC Chamber of Commerce. It is in communications with both a local organization to recycle its wood as a committed company partner, and a high school to prospectively create a woodshop internship and job placement program. Later this week, it will be participating in a presentation to students on the evolving landscape of the manufacturing industry. And from November 1st through December 5th, the corporation will begin its participation in city-wide community service project "Be a Santa to a Senior," during which time Tekton Hospitality employees will purchase gifts for neighboring senior citizens facing isolation.
For its clients and larger network, Tekton Hospitality is planning its Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for December through RC's Chamber of Commerce. The company will be welcoming its city officials and council members along with them.
